Leolo & Partners is an established professional service firm that offers tax, assurance and advisory solutions, and is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager with a minimum of 7 years' experience to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead the recruitment strategy to attract high-quality talent, focusing on an efficient and effective hiring process.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies that focus on engagement, development, and career growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new hires.
  • Support career development programs, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, company culture, and well-being.
  • Manage training, skills development, and performance appraisals.
  • Assist Financial Manager with payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Foster positive employee relations and support workplace engagement.
  • Ensure labour law compliance and maintain up-to-date HR records.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4-6 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong track record in talent management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR operations.
  • Experience in HR systems, process automation, and data analytics.
  • HR management (finance / audit industry experience will be advantageous).
  • Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Drivers Licence.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office is essential, with the emphasis on MS Word, Projects, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
