Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the HR department, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. This role includes implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour laws, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also collaborate with management to support strategic HR initiatives and improve overall organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5 years practical working experience in the construction industry.
