Responsibilities
  • Main purpose of the job: The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver an exemplary development culture within human capital in the company. The role’s purpose is to assess the company and employee development, and associated needs with the aim of delivering effective employee management through sound policy and procedure.
  • Description of field of duty (KPA’s): Training management - 30%; People development - 30%; Wellness - 10%; Industrial Relations - 10%; Health & Safety - 10%; Reporting - 10%
