Minimum Requirements
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
  • Registration with a professional body (e.g. HPCSA or SABPP) is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR role, preferably within an educational environment.
  • Proven experience in HR strategy, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Deep understanding of labour law, HR best practices, and transformation principles.
  • Mitment to ethical leadership, confidentiality, and servant leadership.
