Job summary

Une entreprise de conseil en ressources humaines recherche un consultant senior pour diriger les pratiques RH stratégiques au sein de l'industrie des infrastructures. Ce poste exige une vaste expérience en gestion des talents, en conformité et en relation avec les employés, ainsi qu'un diplôme pertinent. Les candidats doivent avoir d'excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 10 - 15 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines.
  • Au moins 5 ans dans un rôle de management senior dans l'industrie des infrastructures.
  • Connaissance approfondie des lois du travail et des meilleures pratiques en RH.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 - 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role within the infrastructure industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, strategic HR management, and infrastructure industry-specific regulations and practices.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
