Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor Employment Equity plans and reports in line with legislative requirements (EEA).
Facilitate and submit annual Employment Equity reports to the Department of Labour.Coordinate Skills Development planning and implementation in line with the Skills Development Act.Prepare and submit WSP (Workplace Skills Plan) and ATR (Annual Training Report) to relevant SETAs.Advise on and implement training and development strategies aligned to SDL requirements.Conduct EE and SDL audits and ensure corrective actions are taken.Support recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and general HR operations.Provide guidance on labour legislation and HR best practices.Assist with BBBEE reporting related to skills development and EE.
Desired Experience & QualificationEducation: National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.Experience: 3+ years HR experience with strong exposure to EE and SDL functions.
