  • 5 years experience as a HR Business Partner or Practitioner

  • Understanding of employee relations, payroll management, employee benefits and reward management. reward management
Responsibilities (but not limited to)
  • Effectively implement all HR initiatives through ongoing partnering with business and advise both line management on all HR-related processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for the personnel admin management and employee lifecycle management transactions including the management of payroll through a third-party vendor
  • Assist line management with the recruitment, selection, and vetting of new and existing staff in alignment with recruitment and Employment Equity (EE) policies.
  • Conduct induction programmes and engage with line management on an onboarding programme for all new staff.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Engage with line management and facilitate employee skills assessments and develop individual employee training plans, facilitate talent management discussions and co-create a talent pipeline through acquisition and succession planning
  • Support and advise line management in their execution of disciplinary and grievance procedures
