We are currently seeking a People Business Partner for Western Cape, KZN & Bushcats / Johannesburg with strong operations experience to join our team.
This is a high-impact role that combines strategic HR business partnering with operational leadership.
As a key member of our team, you will play an instrumental role in aligning our people strategies with business goals and providing efficient, compliant, and scalable delivery of HR services.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (post‑grad HR qualification or certification preferred and advantageous).
Minimum 3‑7 years of progressive HR experience, including senior business partnering and operational HR leadership (5‑7+ years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles, preferably across multi‑site environments).
In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, labour law, and organisational development. Proven success in managing systems, operations, and scalable processes. Experience in resolving complex employee relations cases and advising leadership. Experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer‑centric industries highly desirable. Strong background in performance management, talent strategy, and leadership coaching. Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics tools.
