Job summary

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service which leverages human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a value-based culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 3 year Degree / Diploma in Human Resources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources.
  • DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Labour Relations / Learning and Development.
