Job summary

A leading healthcare service provider in South Africa is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee the HR business and ensure employee enablement. The successful candidate will focus on strategic HR application, talent management, and employee engagement. With a requirement of 5-8 years of generalist HR experience, they will manage HR services in a value-based culture within the hospital environment. Qualifications

  • 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources required.
  • Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development is preferred.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service which leverages human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a value-based culture

Required Education

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 3 year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources

Required Experience

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development.
