The successful candidate will focus on strategic HR application, talent management, and employee engagement. With a requirement of 5-8 years of generalist HR experience, they will manage HR services in a value-based culture within the hospital environment. This role presents an opportunity to enhance HR service delivery and manage a dynamic HR team.
