Opportunity: HR Analyst
We're looking for an HR Analyst to transform complex workforce data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making across the People and Culture function.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive workforce effectiveness, enhance employee experience, and embed a data‑driven culture within HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse data from HR systems (e.g., recruitment, performance, learning, engagement, payroll) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic People and Culture decisions.
  • Design, build, and maintain engaging dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Excel, and Workday.
  • Forecast workforce trends such as attrition, engagement, and performance outcomes.
  • Maintain HR data quality and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Experience
3 – 5 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics within a People and Culture / HR environment.
Proven experience as a Human Resources Analyst.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and visualisation tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive‑level reporting.
Workday HCM and Reporting experience is advantageous.

Education
Relevant Tertiary Qualification.

Technical Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Experience with dashboard and reporting tools (Power BI, Workday, Excel).
