A reputable HR consulting firm in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Human Resource Practitioner to provide HR administrative support and guidance. The ideal candidate should have a National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management and 3 to 5 years of experience. Our client based in the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Human Resource Practitioner to provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management in line with principles of human resource management.

Requirements:
  • 3-year National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Practitioner or Administrator.
  • Experience in Pastel/SAGE HR packages would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HRM principles and legislations.
