We are looking for a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage all HR operations, ensuring alignment with our business goals. This position involves overseeing HR functions across a diverse portfolio of business units, including agriculture, mining & logistics.

The ideal candidate must be a strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution skills, capable of aligning HR practices across sectors while adapting to the specific needs of each business unit. This includes ensuring consistency in HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and workforce management.

The HR Manager will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, supporting leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture across all entities. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, benefits administration, training and development, and the overall HR strategy.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Honors would be advantageous).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Human Resources role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
