  • Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve Human Capital processes and service delivery.

What we're looking for

You will ideally have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Behavioural Sciences or a related field.
  • An Honours degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Human Capital partnering or a related HR advisory role, with exposure across the Human Capital value chain.
  • Strong experience partnering with business leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Experience across areas such as employee engagement, organisational effectiveness, change, talent management, succession planning, performance management and leadership development.
  • Strong knowledge of South African employment legislation, including the LRA, BCEA and Employment Equity Act.
