  • Assists with conducting efficient Human Capital record-keeping and database management.
  • Management of employee probation.
  • Assist in managing the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Administration of leave and all HCM ESS related enquiries.
  • Maintain Human Capital policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee remuneration and benefits administration.
  • Providing general administrative support to the HCM department.
  • Assist with organizing of Employee Wellness Activities.
Requirements
  • A National Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • A high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Valid drivers license (Code 08 / EB) will be an added advantage.
