What will you do?

Human Capital Business Partner based in Meersig, Roodepoort, responsible for Gauteng South and Free State businesses. Extensive travel required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement Human Capital strategy with focus on Leadership Development
  • Drive culture through culture and transformation initiatives
  • Manage business‑related Human Capital projects
  • Provide Human Capital analytics and trend analysis
  • Advise and support with Labour Relations cases
  • Partner to implement Talent Management process, including successors
  • Contribute to culture of learning
  • Partner with line managers to identify needs and support business objectives across the employee life‑cycle
  • Provide guidance on Human Capital related issues
  • Understand talent needs and proactively address business needs in line with transformation objectives
  • Full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, placement
  • Provide performance management guidance (coaching, career development)
