Purpose of the Role
The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) will serve as a strategic advisor and single point of contact for all human capital matters within Group Technology and EBS International. This role is responsible for aligning human capital strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and driving people initiatives that support transformation, capability building, and talent growth. The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) will work closely with business leaders to deliver value-added services and ensure the effective execution of human capital frameworks and standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Group Technology and RBS International leadership to align the people agenda with strategic business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor across all Human Capital disciplines, including talent management, performance, employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
- Drive transformation, capability building, and talent growth within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deliver Human Capital services effectively and ensure adoption of frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Provide intelligent reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the current thinking around best practice and participate in industry forums.
- Deliver projects with impact that create operational excellence for the business.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote fair and balanced outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Matric (NQF Level 4)
- Relevant graduate and/or postgraduate qualifications (NQF Level 6–7)
- 5–7 years in HR Business Partnering
- Extensive experience in Talent & Performance Management, Employee Relations, Rem & Reward, and Change Management
- Strong exposure to Learning & Development and Organisational Design
