Introduction

TRACKER requires an experienced, energetic, and passionate Human Capital Administrator for a 4‑month Fixed Term Contract to execute HC Administration, add value to the organisation, and promote positive team dynamics. (EE position: Yes)

Responsibilities
  • Administration of all HC related documentation and contracts with stakeholders.
  • Provide professional administrative support to the Human Capital Operations Department, including preparation of minutes, reports, presentations, meeting packs, and legislative reports.
  • Coordinate and process administrative tasks related to payments for HC suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate HC databases and systems, ensuring data integrity in the IFS system and collaborating with the relevant HCBP.
  • Gather and collate information for HC reporting purposes.
  • Support general administrative functions for Human Capital Operations.
  • Coordinate all employee wellness initiatives and implement a monthly theme for active participation.
  • Liaise with Talent Sourcing Agencies, handle first‑line Human Capital queries, and assist with recruitment processes.
  • Update the Employment Equity portal, take minutes for EETS/Com meetings, and liaise with departments for HC Operations Team travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate events, appointments, and meetings related to the HC department and functions.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar Human Capital role.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Tact and diplomacy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Flexible and willing to learn.
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
