Love Justice International (LJI) seeks a Human Assessment Specialist to advance and refine proprietary assessments used for hiring and staff development. You will help design evolving evaluation tools, gather data from field staff, and contribute to data-driven decisions that maximize mission impact.

You will collaborate with our Data Science team to prepare data for modeling and support the implementation of predictive tools across programs, ensuring assessments remain robust and fair.

Qualificações

• Must have mature Christian faith and alignment with our values.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis and predictive modeling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advance methodologies for building assessments and test them with stakeholders.
• Gather new data from staff and other sources to improve assessments.
• Prepare data for predictive modeling by the Data Science team.
