This is a strategic technical role responsible for owning and optimising the full HubSpot ecosystem across Marketing, Sales, and Service.
Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening automation, enhancing CRM performance, and ensuring data integrity across the organisation's revenue operations framework.
About the Role The HubSpot Architect will act as the technical authority for all HubSpot capabilities, driving system performance, automation maturity, and cross-functional alignment.
You will shape how internal teams engage with the platform, streamline operational processes, and embed best-in-class marketing and sales technologies into the company's global go-to-market engine.
Platform Management Administer and continuously optimise HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
Configure pipelines, properties, permissions, and custom objects to align with evolving business processes.
Automation & Workflows Design, build, and refine advanced automation workflows supporting lead routing, nurturing, onboarding, and retention.
Deploy automation to improve conversion, elevate user experience, and reduce manual operational tasks.
Custom Development Build and maintain custom quote and email templates using HTML and HubL.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop personalised, scalable content that enhances the customer journey.
Data Integrity & Governance Oversee CRM data hygiene, property standards, duplicate prevention, and access controls.
Work with RevOps and Data teams to maintain governance frameworks ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting Act as the primary technical expert for HubSpot-related issues, diagnosing root causes and implementing sustainable fixes.
Provide training and support to internal teams to elevate adoption and platform confidence.
Integrations Management Manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems such as ZoomInfo, Bombora, 6Sense, and additional marketing or data tools.
Ensure seamless data synchronisation and workflow continuity across the RevOps ecosystem.
Performance Optimisation & Reporting Monitor system performance, workflow efficiency, and automation ROI to identify improvement opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports that turn platform data into actionable insights.
Stay informed on HubSpot feature releases, product updates, and industry trends.
Proactively recommend and implement enhancements that increase marketing, sales, and service efficiency.
Collaboration & Stakeholders Partner closely with the RevOps Analyst to ensure strong data integrity and consistent reporting.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to optimise system usage in line with business processesp>
–5 years of hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
Strong technical expertise in workflow automation, CRM configuration, and data governance.
Proficient in HTML and HubL for custom development.
Experience managing system integrations and resolving technical issues.
Solid analytical skills with a focus on reporting and performance optimisation.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration capabilities.
Exposure to ABM platforms, intent data, and RevOps methodologies advantageous.
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, CMS for Developers) preferred.
