We are hiring an HTML Content Writer for a U.S.-based company focused on empowering people to improve their financial health.

This is a Part‑Time remote role, ideal for someone detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic digital content environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write and format new HTML creatives following established templates and brand guidelines
  • Input, organize, and manage creative content within the company’s CRM system
  • Conduct high‑level market and competitive research as defined by the company playbook
  • Document internal processes, workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify content gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency in all creatives uploaded to the CRM
  • Add new creatives into the CRM for content launches, and support competitive research
  • Assist the team with new content initiatives and demonstrate a willingness to explore new tools or methods
Required Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience working with HTML
  • 2+ years experience working with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • 2+ years experience documenting processes and market research
  • Experience in content management, digital marketing or advertising
  • Some experience in writing or formatting digital creatives
  • Ability to document processes clearly and consistently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Proven willingness to try new things, learn new tools, and adapt quickly
Required Skills & Tools
  • CRM platform experience (inputting and managing content) on eg. GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or Microsoft Office Suite
  • Research and documentation tools
  • Reliable communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
Schedule & Pay

Part‑Time position: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Sunday through Thursday

Fully remote role for a U.S.-based company

Pay ranges from R7 – R8 per month (South Africa)

Pay ranges from 22, php – 30, php per month (Philippines)

Includes annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays

System Requirements
  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps
  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher
  • 8 GB of RAM or higher
  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X
  • HD webcam and headset with microphone
