HR and Training Manager
As the HR & Training Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources and training functions across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing :
- HR Leadership & Team Management : Lead and manage the HR and Training team to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Talent & Performance Management : Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Payroll & HR Operations : Manage payroll in collaboration with Finance, maintain HR systems, and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.
- Training & Development : Develop and implement training strategies, liaise with SETA, and ensure compliance with WSP / ATR submissions.
- Labour Relations & Compliance : Provide expert guidance on labour matters and ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies.
- Culture & Engagement : Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellness, and inclusion.
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing : Chair the Health & Safety Committee and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.
What You Need to Shine :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership and people management exposure.
- Legislation Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
- Training & SETA : Experience in training and development, SETA liaison, and WSP / ATR submission / Registered Skills Development Facilitator.
- Generalist HR : Strong generalist HR background covering recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Language : Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Remuneration : R CTC per month
