Job summary

A trusted leader in agriculture is seeking an HR Training Officer to assess training needs, manage training programs, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. This role involves coordinating training initiatives, maintaining training records, and supporting HR projects. The ideal candidate should have a Matric certificate, experience in HR training coordination, and strong administrative skills. A valid driver's license and proficiency in HRIS software like SAGE300 are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in HR training coordination or related fields.
• Exposure to SETA submissions and skills development projects.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement training initiatives including mandatory courses.
• Manage study assistance and learnerships.
• Maintain training records and HR systems.
• Process training invoices for accurate financial reporting.
• Assist with annual skills submissions to relevant SETAs.
