Qualifications

  • Experience in working in BPO / Contact Centres.
  • Valid driver’s license & own motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR oversight and client relationship management.
  • Handle misconduct and incapacity processes.
  • Assist with monthly payroll and handle queries.
