What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and online research.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos showcasing our HR and compliance services.
• Understand client needs and recommend tailored HR, IR, and ER solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with our consultants to stay updated on service offerings and market trends.

What We’re Looking For
