Business Development Manager – (Commission based only) We’re looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager who thrives on building new business in the IT sector.

You’ll be responsible for hunting new opportunities, closing deals, and helping shape our fast-growing organisation in the IT space.

Responsibilities
  • Drive % new business development initially
  • Identify, prospect, and close new clients in the IT industry
  • Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients — be seen as a partner, not a "salesperson"
  • Run both cold‑calling campaigns and structured face‑to‑face / online client meetings
  • Gather and leverage client feedback to suggest new business opportunities and product improvements
  • Manage signed accounts once secured, ensuring continued satisfaction and cross‑sell potential
  • Collaborate across departments (claims, underwriting, operations) to deliver value
Qualifications
  • Business or Marketing Degree
  • Cold calling and prospecting experience
  • Experience in closing deals both online and face‑to‑face
  • Account and client relationship management skills
  • Strong admin and time management with attention to detail
