They are seeking an experienced and energetic HR Recruiter to lead their talent acquisition strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous recruitment of interns, junior agents, and calling staff, ensuring that their team pipeline remains strong, motivated, and aligned with their brand values.

This position is both strategic and hands‑on — combining digital marketing, relationship building, and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand tone and high‑quality candidate engagement.
  • Design and implement a continuous hiring cycle for interns and calling agents, aligned with company growth targets.
  • Conduct direct marketing to existing agents for referral recruitment and team expansion opportunities.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process — from job postings, shortlisting, and interviewing to onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and skill gaps within teams.
  • Maintain an active talent pipeline for upcoming roles and seasonal growth periods.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions and training bodies to attract new property professionals.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, optimising sourcing strategies for reach and conversion.
Who You Are
  • At least 3+ years experience in recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally within a sales‑driven or real estate environment.
  • A passion for recruitment is a non‑negotiable, as you will be spending the majority of your time recruiting.
  • Digitally fluent — confident managing social media marketing and advertising platforms for recruitment.
  • A natural connector with exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Organised, proactive, and results‑driven, with a keen understanding of brand tone and candidate experience.
  • Passionate about helping people grow their careers and thrive in a dynamic, performance‑based culture.

Salary: 25k - 30k per month based on experience.
