About the Role

You’ll partner with leaders across our Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio, providing expert HR support and driving workforce strategies that make a difference.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex case management and employee relations matters
• Supporting leaders with change, workforce planning and capability building
• Driving initiatives that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture

You’ll work independently with the backing of a collaborative national HR team and supportive subject matter experts.

About You

• Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes
• Strength in case management, change initiatives and coaching leaders
• Proven HR/ER experience in complex unionised environments
• Relevant HR qualifications (or equivalent experience)
• Genuine alignment with BaptistCare's values
• A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the region
