Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR / PA based in Durban with a salary offer of R30000. The selected candidate will provide high-level personal assistance and executive administrative support to management:

  • Screening CV's and Co-ordinating Interviews.
  • Training & Development.
  • Ensuring that staff are following their job functions & reporting.
  • Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers
  • Data Analysis
  • Market research
  • Keep abreast of organisational aims and objectives
  • Solid understanding of company’s strategies
  • Good project management skills
  • Competency to deal with situations in the manager’s absence
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support management effectively.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources functions is a requirement.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to manage correspondence and liaise with internal and external suppliers and clients.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field are advantageous.
