PURPOSE OF THE JOB:To administer psychometric assessments in line with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) regulations, as well as the adequate, timeous and effective execution of general office administration tasks of the assessment department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma or Advanced Certificate in HR will be an advantage
- VTS Dover Administration accreditation training
- LPCat Administration accreditation training
- Computer literacy (MS Office Package) is essential
- Knowledge of psychometric assessments policies and procedures is essential
- 3 years administration experience is essential
- Must have good planning and organizing skills
- Obligated to obtain a medical fitness certificate (Red Ticket)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- Assist in the co-ordination of Psychometric Assessment, Dover testing, succession planning processes to ensure up-to-date talent database system.
- Provide support and assistance in the performance management function to ensure accurate employee database reporting.
- Conduct job profiling sessions and ensuring up-to-date database and administration (JP request form).
- Ensure that all adverts are correctly checked, signed off and aligned to job profiles and career paths.
- Assist in the execution of ad-hoc functions such as meeting scheduling, updating talent intranet site, audits, inspections, relieving duties etc.
- Administer psychomotor and learning potential assessments (VTS) and correctly capture candidates' information on SAP.
- Provide relevant information for compilation of monthly & quarterly reports (SLP/Talent etc.) to ensure legislative requirements.
- Adheres to HPCSA regulations of psychometric assessment administration
