Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join a client in the Agricultural sector in Burgersfort. The ideal candidate must have a National Diploma in Human Resource Management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the fruit packing industry. Responsibilities include coordinating CSR projects and implementing HR policies. Valid Driver's License is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the fruit packing industry is preferred.
• Own Transport and valid Driver's License required.

Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a HR Officer to join their team in Burgersfort. Minimum requirements :

• National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Officer / HR Generalist role or similar, preferably within the fruit packing industry
• Experience coordinating the CSR and CSI projects and coordinating mobile clinics for employees
• Experience with implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures to all employees
• Experience with collecting, analysing and compiling Employment Equity Statistics for Employment Equity Reporting
• Experience with preparing and leading HR legislative and compliance audits
• Own Transport and valid Driver's License
