A leading South African FMCG company is seeking an HR Officer to provide comprehensive HR support across all sites. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, ensuring HR compliance with labour legislation, and fostering positive employee relations. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of HR experience, a relevant qualification, and strong communication skills. This role requires travel between sites and offers a competitive compensation package.
Reporting to : HR Manager The HR Officer provides comprehensive, day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across all sites.
This role ensures compliance with labour legislation, drives recruitment and onboarding processes, supports performance and talent management, and coordinates skills development initiatives.
The HR Officer acts as a key link between the HR team and the business, fostering positive employee relations and promoting a values-driven, high-performance culture.

Grade 12 and a relevant HR tertiary qualification (Degree or Diploma).
Minimum 4 years of generalist HR experience, with strong exposure to Skills Development and Recruitment.
Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, SDA).
Experience representing a company at the CCMA is advantageous. FMCG, wholesale, or retail industry experience preferred.
Strong HR systems knowledge and excellent communication skills. People‑focused, organised, and self‑driven with strong relationship‑building ability.
Professional, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement. Willing to travel between sites in White River (valid driver's licence and own transport required).
