Duties & Responsibilities
- Onboarding (0-30 days) : Prepare and distribute employment offers, coordinate IT setup, and ensure documentation completion
- Employee Records and Data Management : Maintain accurate employee records, process changes, and generate HR reports
- Performance Management Support : Coordinate review cycles, assist with improvement plans, and maintain records
- Employee Relations and Support : Investigate and resolve employee issues, support engagement activities
- Compliance and Legal Requirements : Ensure adherence to laws, assist with compliance audits, and track regulatory changes
- Training and Development Coordination : Maintain training records, track effectiveness, and completion rates
- Offboarding and Separation Management : Process terminations, conduct exit interviews, manage benefits termination, and provide employment verification
Required Qualifications
- Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1-3 years of HR experience, proficiency in HRIS systems
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, document management, data entry accuracy, and HR reporting
- Core Competencies : Understanding of employment law, communication skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities
