Qualifications

• National Diploma (preferably a degree) in Human Resource Management or equivalent field
• 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
• Sound knowledge of labour legislation, including, but not limited to Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA), Labour Relations Act (LRA) and the Employment Equity Act (EEA)
• Experience using Sage 300 People
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
