A leading agricultural services company in South Africa is seeking a Human Resources Officer to provide HR support across multiple branches. Responsibilities include recruitment, payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of HR administration experience and relevant qualifications in Human Resources Management or Business Administration. This role is essential for maintaining effective HR operations within the organization.
The Human Resources Officer will primarily be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the branches of the AFGRI Grain Management Services Division located in the Western Cape, Gauteng, Free State, KZN, and Mpumalanga.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee wellness, and employee relations.
