Job description

Youll take the lead on employee relations, Section 189 & 197 processes , and operational HR delivery, supporting both local teams and global accounts .

Ideal candidates will have :

• A relevant HR qualification
• Strong IR experience (CCMA, unions, disciplinary matters)
• Confidence navigating unstructured or growing environments
• Experience in service-focused industries (facilities, property, mining, BPO, or other client-facing sectors)
• A flair for practical problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
