A growing digital consulting business in Cape Town seeks an HR Manager/HR Business Partner to shape HR frameworks and drive organisational culture. This hands-on role requires 10+ years of HR experience and proficiency in South African labour legislation. Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HRBP or HR Manager.
  • Experience in IT, digital, consulting, agency, fintech, or professional services is highly advantageous.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage HR administration and governance.
  • Drive organisational culture initiatives and engagement programmes.
  • Oversee onboarding and off-boarding experiences.
