A dynamic HR consulting agency in Stellenbosch is seeking an HR Manager / Office Manager / Productivity Coach to lead and develop support staff while driving operational success. The successful candidate will manage the employee lifecycle, design training programs, and maintain office efficiency. This is a unique opportunity to combine operational leadership with coaching and development, directly impacting the growth and performance of our people.Key Responsibilities : Office Management & HROversee and coordinate daily operations of the office and support staff (currently 23 employees and growing).
Manage the full employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, employee wellness, and compliance with labour and regulatory requirements.Set and monitor KPIs for staff, ensuring high standards of performance and engagement.Maintain efficient office systems, processes, and communication flows.Handle incoming enquiries from estate agents, clients, and the public, ensuring professional and timely responses.Support the Principal in implementing company policies, initiatives, and general administration.Productivity CoachingDesign, coordinate, and deliver coaching and training programs tailored to our iAgents' needs.Analyse agent performance data to identify growth opportunities and implement productivity strategies.Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of training resources, including webinars and workshops.Support agents with business planning, time management, and sales techniques to maximize success.Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning among agents.RequirementsProven experience as an HR Manager, Office Manager, or Operations Manager.Solid knowledge of HR processes, South African labour law, and employee relations.Experience in real estate or agent training will be highly advantageous.Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Relevant qualifications in HR, office administration, or business management will be beneficial.BenefitsOpportunity to join an innovative, award-winning virtual real estate agency.A key leadership role, influencing both operational excellence and agent performancepetitive remuneration package.
