Midrand, South Africa | Regional role (South Africa, Botswana & Zambia)

Were looking for a strategic yet hands-on HR Manager to shape and grow our people function across three countries. Youll support a workforce of 1,200+, build strong union relationships, and lead initiatives that drive culture, compliance, and performance.

What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, at least 2 of which were in a management position.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, union dynamics and dispute resolution.
  • Sound knowledge of Sage 300.
  • Ability to implement systems and procedures.
  • Experience to mining / motor industry is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Zambia / Botswana cross-border HR / IR operations is a huge plus.
