ROLE BRIEFWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in an HR management role. Experience in Sage Payroll and Pastel. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
