- Employee Management
- Conduct employee engagement sessions in the field
- Issue termination notice letters for the seasonal workers
- Prepare and administer salary increase letters
- Manage salary advances and related administration
- Coordinate performance appraisals
- Oversee leave management processes
- Process contract amendments
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping

- Engage with community leaders for recruitment initiatives
- Support Corporate Social Investment (CSI) activities
- Conduct inductions and maintained attendance registers
