Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of South African labour legislation, including BCEA, EEA, and LRA.
• Familiarity with the metal industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and compliance.
• Support employee relations activities.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment processes.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll coordination.
• Submit Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR).
• Monitor and report Injury on Duty (IOD) incidents.
• Submit EE and BEE reports.
• Track Health and Safety compliance.
