Responsibilities

• Implement HR strategies with HR Manager aligned with business strategy.
• Assist with the performance management process.
• Oversee training and development programs including WSP and ATR submissions.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Equity reporting.
• Assist with recruitment and selection processes.
• Handle employee relation matters professionally.
