Job summary

A large service industry company is seeking a Generalist HR Manager to manage the full HR, IR, and EE functions. The ideal candidate will have a Human Resources degree and experience in industrial relations and BBBEE. Responsibilities include recruitment, administering contracts, and statutory reporting. The package is around R50k-R55k CTC, including a Provident Fund, depending on experience and qualifications. Willingness to travel within South Africa is required.
