Are you a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment?

My client is looking for a driven HR / Administration Manager to partner with our Sales Executive in driving people performance, compliance and operational excellence across the Sales Division.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications, skills and experience required: A degree / diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or similar. 3–5 years' HR / HR Admin experience, ideally in a high-volume sales environment. Strong knowledge of labour law, performance frameworks, and HR best practice. A proactive, detail-driven approach with strong people and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead performance management — align KPIs, track reviews, and elevate results.
  • Own the recruitment, onboarding, and development journey for all sales staff.
  • Champion fair, consistent employee relations and disciplinary processes.
  • Oversee HR records, payroll inputs, and key administrative functions.
  • Provide high-level executive support to the Sales Executive.
