The HR Data Analyst is responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics to support HR decision-making processes.
This role focuses on analysing a range of people-related data including demographics, remuneration and incentives, leave trends, exit and stay interviews etc., to develop comprehensive insights and accurate people reports and dashboards.
