Job summary

A recruitment agency in Durban North is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR activities, ensure compliance, and foster employee development. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in HR administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HR systems are essential. This role includes maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding, and supporting payroll and benefits administration.
