• Experience in an agency environment handling multiple accounts is advantageous.
• Based in Cape Town to serve Cape Town based clients.

Summary

Manage Human Resources for various clients within the consultancy from administration to advisory.

Reporting to

Senior HR Consultant Location : Cape Town Schedule : Monday-Friday Work setup : Remote Work (Ad hoc visits to clients around Cape Town)

Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance (UIF, COIDA, EE, SDL etc)
• Employee related paperwork (contracts, policies, letters, memos etc)
• Remuneration Payroll Onboarding Induction Probation Performance Management Training Disciplinary Management / IR Talent Management Retention Offboarding Organisational Development Vision Values Culture Climate Employee well-being engagement, etc
• Communicating with employees about HR-related issues
• Supporting, and where possible, advising our clients in People related matters or initiatives.
• Being the primary contact point for selected clients within the consultancy.
• Build maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, their existing teams, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Honors Degree in HR or Industrial / Organisational Psychology is advantageous At least 3 years experience working as an HR Lead / HR Consultant or in a similar role Experience in an agency environment handling multiple accounts is advantageous Based in Cape Town to serve Cape Town based clients.
