• Manage full HR lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are current and compliant.
• Provide management with HR advice on employee relations and compliance.
• Drive HR reporting, analysis, and employee metrics.
• Coordinate training needs, skills development, and career planning.
• Support organisational culture initiatives and staff engagement.
• Manage payroll processing end-to-end with compliance.
• Manage the full B-BBEE process and compliance.
