Join DHL Supply Chain's global HR transformation journey as an HR Business Support and Strategic Projects Expert. In this pivotal role, you'll accelerate the adoption of innovative HR technologies and lead strategic programs that reshape how we attract, onboard, and engage talent across the globe. Working within the HR Business Process Optimization (BPO) team and alongside senior leaders, you'll drive digitalization, enhance process quality, and deliver impactful change. If you're a strategic thinker with hands‑on project management experience, deep HR systems knowledge, and a passion for innovation, this is your opportunity to influence the future of HR at scale.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the HR Support and Strategic Programs Sr Director to define, scope, and execute the global program agenda in collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Identifying and negotiating schedules, milestones, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Steering program execution by providing feedback to program teams, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and enabling timely decision‑making.
  • Providing coaching, mentoring, and quality assurance to program teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Developing program‑level communications for senior stakeholders, project teams, and the wider employee population.
  • Consolidating and analysing program status information, comparing with baseline planning, deriving conclusions and preparing management reports.
  • Developing and continuously improving structures, processes and frameworks for program management including governance and supporting tools.
  • Ensuring transparency on program progress, milestone achievement, issues, risks and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
  • Driving adoption of digital tools, AI, and robotics to support the HR digitalization agenda
  • Researching and exploring innovative HR technologies and managing vendor relationships.
  • Supporting review and development of business cases.

Required skills and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in HR‑focused project management, consulting or strategy‑related roles, inclusive of planning, managing and delivering large, multi‑regional HR change programs.
  • Prince II, ITIL, Agile Foundation & Practitioner ITIL certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced functional and technical knowledge of HR‑related systems and processes, ideally Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle EBS R12, or SAP HR / SuccessFactors, Workday.
  • Proven experience successfully managing relationships with a large and varied group of stakeholders.
  • Experience in analysing complex problems and deriving creative recommendations.
  • Business analytics experience and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
